Blockx 12 Pastel Box Sets contain soft, water-soluble pastels which are lively, bright, fresh and have excellent lightfastness. Blockx pastels are suitable for all supports but are particularly excellent on specially designed pastel papers eg Pastel Card, Pastellmat, Mi-Teintes, Art Spectrum or Ingres paper.

Blockx pastels are traditionally manufactured by hand from pure pigments. They are soft but not brittle and have high opacity. Each pastel is individually wrapped.
