The particularly characteristic colouring – a black-brown stripe – appears about 1 cm below the light tip. The slightly wavy, strong and hard-wearing badger hair offers good elasticity and a fine tip. Badger hair brushes are used as good blending brushes. They are suitable for varnishing, graining, priming or marbling as well as for many painting and imitation techniques.
